The consummate professional! I met my match! He's also Mr. Fussy. He mounted and balanced my tires with absolute attention to detail. This is a long overdue thank you for the outstanding service that you provide.

Several months ago, I purchased tires from your company. You not only came out to my place of business, but you came on a stormy, winter day. You worked around my schedule, saved me money over the other competitors, and did all of this with a smile.

A couple of days later, you called and informed me that you filled out a rebate for me and also mailed it for me so that I would recieve a $40 rebate from the tire manufacturer.

What else can I say but THANK YOU for having such a wonderful business.

I had four tires to put on my car, and called EVERY shop within 50 miles of me and thc cheapest price i could get was $55 per tire JUST for mounting and balancing. I found My Tire Guys through craigslist and requested a quote through the website. Within ten minutes i had a professional response with a quote i couldn't believe. To double check this i called the 1-800 number, where i was able to confirm the quote. The serviceman came to my work THE NEXT DAY and mounted and balanced all four tires for me, no rattles, no nothing just a perfect job!

My Tire Guys saved me over $100 dollars, and i would highly reccomend this service.

Just give them a call, you have NOTHING to lose (except your money if you dont call!)

Right after purchasing my 350Z, i decided to replace the front Bidgestone Potenza tires to match the new rears. Knowing that these tires are on an 18" Rim, i was expecting to pay about $250+ per tire in addition to the raised mounting and balancing fee associated with such performance wheels. After getting quotes from major, big name companies and adjusting myself to the heavy pricing ($240-300 per tire + 25 for mounting, balancing, and valve stems) I figured i would give MyTireGuys.com a shot. With low expectations, especially because they service the consumer at the location of his/her choice, i called Jake. When jake told me that the price of the 2 fronts mounted, balanced, and ready to roll was $180 per tire, I asked if he was pulling my leg. On top of that, Jake offered to make my appointment for the next day. Since I had no time the following day, Jake volunteered to move his schedule around on that Friday to better fit mine and serviced my car on time, professionally, and quickly. Not only was he on time, but he was professional, knowledgable, and does good work.

Before deciding to go ahead with a "Mobile" service, i was a little bit skeptical of them using Jacks and balancing my tires in a truck. Jake proved the quality of his work despite my expectations and i am pleasantly surprised. 1000k later, there are no vibrations and the tires are wearing well. I highly recommend MyTireGuys to anyone in need of tires in New England and wish that Jake would travel to NJ to do the rest of my cars.

The only thing I know about tires is that I need new ones every few years. My past two tire experiences were awful....One retailer, who shall remain nameless (Se@rs), was so agressive-trying to sell me the most expensive tires they had in the showroom, then making me feel like an idiot when I didn't understand their 'tire speak' that I will never go back to them again.

I found Mytireguys.com while surfing the other day and took a chance. The experience was great! I called the 800 number for an estimate and Jake was so helpful and nice...I've never dealt with anyone in the automotive industry who was so helpful.

I scheduled an appointment for 11 am, he called just before he got to my house (on time, mind you)...he pulled his truck into the driveway, we spoke for a minute, he changed out my tires and was gone in just over an hour.

This service is fantastic for those of us who are too busy to go hunting for a friendly garage....he even offered to change my tires at my place of business. The quote he gave me on the tires included installation, removal of the old tires (a surprise added charge at most places) and coming out to my house. Surprisingly, it was almost the same price as the other quotes I got from local places.

Save yourself the time and trouble...call Jake, have him come to where you work...or your house...and let him take care of everything. I highly recommend this service!

I had a great overall experience with My Tire Guys! From setting the appointment to installation, they were professional, courteous and efficient. There was no wasted time at all as I sat in my office and watched them from my window as they changed my tires in a snowstorm. It was something to see.
