TIRE PRESSURE: DO I NEED NEW TIRES? – HOW TO CHECK MY TIRES:

I AM BUYING TWO NEW TIRES – DO I PUT TWO NEW TIRES ON THE FRONT OR BACK?

   When installing two new tires they should always be put on the rear of the vehicle! This is to minimize the risk of hydroplaning. If new tires are mounted on the front the back will hydroplane first and the car will fishtail.
   If the new tires are mounted on the back and there is a loss of traction on the front tires then the driver will feel it through the steering wheel, they can then make the necessary speed and or steering corrections to reduce the likelihood of spinning out of control.
